asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department, Whether Mr. Higgin, Q.C., has reported upon the inquiries respecting the alleged depredations by Foreign upon English fishermen on the East Coast of England; and, if so, whether he will lay the Report upon the Table?


, in reply, said, that the Report had been received, and that it was placed yesterday in the hands of the printers for presentation to Parliament.
