HC Deb 24 June 1881 vol 262 cc1225-6
MR. ARTHUR O'CONNOR

asked the Secretary to the Treasury, Whether he would have any objection to lay upon the Table of the House a Return showing the actual amount of money paid by the Board of Public Works in Ireland for each of the several Piers and Harbour works enumerated in the Return, So. 244, of the present Session, up to the date of that Return?

LORD FREDERICK CAVENDISH

Sir, the Question of the hon. Member only appeared on the Notice Paper this morning; as I must communicate with Dublin before answering it, I must ask the hon. Member to be good enough to repeat it on some subsequent day.
