§ SIR CHARLES W. DILKESir, if the House will permit me, I will deal with this matter at once by replying to the Notice as if it were a Question. I have been informed by the Canadian Prime Minister and by the Representative of Canada in this country that they have no knowledge of any such communication having been made, and, certainly, that Canada has not taken any steps to cause such a communication to be made.
