§ MR. CHILDERSThe Report for 1880 of the Patriotic Fund Commis- 643 sioners has been forwarded to Her Majesty, and will be laid before Parliament as soon as it is printed. I will give directions to have it circulated. A portion of the correspondence with the War Office appears in an Appendix to the Report, and a further portion will be laid before Parliament when it is complete.
