Resolved, That it is expedient to authorise the payment, out of moneys to be provided by Parliament, of Salaries and Pensions of Officers, and of Compensation to them for loss of Emoluments; also, in the event of the Honourable Steam Ball Miller becoming the remaining Judge of the Court of Bankruptcy, of the payment to him of additional Salary, in consideration of additional duties which may be imposed upon him under the provisions of any Act of the present Session for the establishment of Local Courts of Bankruptcy in Ireland.
