asked whether there was to be a Morning Sitting to-morrow? He would also inquire when it was proposed to begin Business at a quarter past 4 instead of half-past, as at present?

MR. GLADSTONE

said, he thought it had been stated before the Recess that there would be a Morning Sitting to-morrow. With regard to the proposal to commence Business at a quarter past 4, he must await an intimation from the official authorities of the House.

MR. SPEAKER

said, that the state of Private Business was now so advanced that if the House should think fit Public Business for the future might be commenced at a quarter past 4.
