asked the President of the Board of Trade, Whether the Committee, which he stated in the House of Commons in July 1880 was appointed to consider what rules it might be desirable to make with regard to wind pressure upon Railway structures, has yet made a report; and, if so, whether he will be prepared to lay it upon the Table of the House?

, in reply, said, that the Report would be made shortly after the Whitsuntide Recess, when he would consider it carefully, and see whe- ther it was desirable to lay it upon the Table.
