MR. GLADSTONEI have, Sir, to apologize for asking more time yet in regard to this question; but if my hon. Friend will be kind enough to give me one or two days, I hope to be able to make a positive statement on the subject. It may be my duty on Monday to make a proposal to the House in regard to the course of Public Business, and I shall then state our intentions with reference to the Bill.
