gave Notice that on the Motion for the third reading of this Bill he should move the following Resolution: — That the Land Law (Ireland) Bill as originally introduced and amended in Committee is the result of a revolutionary agitation, encourages the repudiation of contracts and liabilities, offends against individual liberty, is calculated to diminish the security of property, will not contribute to the peace or prosperity of Ireland, and tends to endanger the union between that country and Great Britain.
