Resolved, That it is expedient to authorise the payment of Expenses which may he incurred under the provisions of any Act of the present Session to amend the Law with respect to Fugitive Offenders, in the apprehension and return of a Fugitive to the United Kingdom, in like manner as the expenses of the prosecution in Ireland of felony, and in Scotland of a crime are paid.
