§ LORD FREDERICK CAVENDISHThe Return of Public Money paid to Members of Parliament is ready so far as regards Naval and Civil funds; but it will be 10 days or a fortnight before the information can be given as regards Army Services. Members of the House of Commons are not in any way distinguished from other officers of Her Majesty's Forces; and the rolls of the Militia and the Yeomanry regiments must be very carefully examined in order to ascertain the Members of Parliament who bear commissions.
