§ SIR WILLIAM HARCOURTSir, I entirely agree with the hon. Member that it is extremely desirable that some check should be put upon the detestable practice of carrying firearms; but the means of doing this are extremely difficult. It is, of course, a subject which will engage the attention of the Government.
