§ In reply to Mr. BRYCE,
§ SIR CHARLES W. DILKEsaid: It is true, as I informed my hon. Friend the Member for Wareham (Mr. Montague Guest), that a question has arisen between an English subject and a French Company with regard to the title to an estate in Tunis; but the English and 268 French Governments have agreed that the question should be dealt with by the local tribunals, under whose jurisdiction the matter properly comes; and we have every reason to hope that no complications will arise between the two Governments.
