HC Deb 18 August 1881 vol 265 c209
MR. O'CONNOR POWER

asked the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland, If any progress has been made in the preliminary arrangements for the construction of a bridge across the Moy at Cloonacana, county Mayo; or if any informality in the presentment has been discovered; and, if so, who is responsible for the informality, and how it may be remedied?

MR. W. E. FORSTER

, in reply, said, he could not inform the hon. Member what arrangements had been made for the construction of the bridge; but, owing to an informality, for which the Grand Jury was responsible, it would be necessary to have a new presentment at next Assizes; and the Board of Works had forwarded a proper form for making the presentment.
