MR. CHILDERS

said, he had hoard, to his regret, though not officially, that Mr. Hamilton, the Accountant General of the Admiralty, had ceased to be a member, not of the Commission, but of the Committee which was appointed by the Commissioners of the Patriotic Fund. When the Bill now before Parliament received the Royal Assent the Government would then consider the question of the appointment of another Commissioner.
