, who had the following Question on the Paper:— To ask the Under Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, If he will endeavour to arrange for the transmission, each month, as soon as published, of the Reports issued by the Agricultural Department of the United States at Washington; and, if he will place a Copy in the Library of the House of Commons, and send a Copy to the Central Chamber of Agriculture, with a view of securing the circulation of the information to all interested in agriculture? said, that in consequence of a private communication received from the Under Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, for which he thanked the hon. Gentleman, it would not be necessary for him to put the Question.
