§ LORD FREDERICK CAVENDISHSir, the cost of maintaining Cetywayo will be provided for by a Supplementary Estimate to be presented this Session. It could not conenviently have been included in the Original Estimates, because, at the time of their preparation, several points connected with it were still uncertain.
