BIGGARasked the Prime Minister, Whether, in view of his statement the previous night that Ireland was in a peaceable condition, it was his intention to introduce a Bill to repeal the Protection of Person and Property (Ireland) Act passed this Session; and also whether it was his intention to direct that the parties who were imprisoned under that Act would be forthwith released?
