CHILDERSIn reply to the hon. and gallant Gentleman, I have to remind him that buff facings become white after they are once pipeclayed; so that, practically, the Kentish regiment will have the same facings as now. All the English regiments will have white facings unless they are "Royal," when their facings will be blue.
