CARTWRIGHT)asked the Under Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, Whether he has any knowledge of a Report made on the agricultural productiveness of the United States by Commissioners who were sent out to America by the Russian Government; and, if such a Report does exist, whether he would take steps to obtain a Copy, and to have it presented to Parliament?
