§ MR. A. J. BALFOURsaid, he considered that the question as to having a religious Census had been decided by the action of the House in relation to the English Bill. He would not, therefore, proceed with the Motion which he had placed on the Paper for re-commit- 1098 ting the Bill, in order to introduce a clause providing for a religious Census.
§ Question put, and agreed to.
§ Bill read the third time, and passed.
