§ SIR EDWARD REEDasked the Vice President of the Council, Whether he will be willing to include the County of Monmouth within the scope of the inquiry of the Departmental Committee for considering the question of higher education in the Principality of Wales?
§ MR. MUNDELLA, in reply, said, that all previous inquiries had reported that it was desirable that Monmouth should be included in the scope of the inquiry. He had, therefore, decided to include that county.
