§ MR. W. E. FORSTERSir, my hon. Friend asked a somewhat similar Question a few days ago, and I must again say I cannot give him a definite answer. He is very anxious for the reform of the Grand Jury system, and I think it is generally agreed that it requires reform. But it is not the only Irish matter upon which reform is demanded, and it is impossible for me to give my hon. Friend a Sessional programme for next year.
