MR. GLADSTONE,in moving that the Orders of the Day after Supply should be postponed till after the introduction of the Bill with reference to hares and rabbits, said that, though he had given Notice of this Bill, it would be introduced by, and would be in the charge of, his right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for the Home Department. He was also able to state, on the highest authority, that the state of Private Business was so far advanced that it would be possible in future to commence Public Business at a quarter-past 4 instead of half-past.
