MR. DODSON,in reply, said, that, although the time had been very short, he had had, and still had, the Report of the Commission under his consideration. He was aware that the subject was important, and he was desirous of giving it every attention. Whether they would be able to deal with it that Session would depend on the progress of Public Business.
