asked the Financial Secretary, Whether the Collectors of Customs are to be included in the scheme for the Re-organization of the Out-Ports; and, if not, whether anything is intended to be done to improve their salaries?

SIR HENRY SELWIN-IBBETSON,

in reply, said, the Collectors of Customs would not be affected. There was no intention of altering the present scale of salaries.
