Instruction to the Gentlemen appointed to prepare and bring in a Bill, upon the Resolution this day reported from the Committee of the whole House upon "The Sinking Fund Act, 1875," That they do make provision therein pursuant to the First Resolution.

Bill ordered, upon the Second, Third, and Fourth Resolutions [reported this day], to be brought in by Mr. RAIKES, Mr. CHANCELLOR of the EXCHEQUER, and Sir HENRY SELWIN—IBBETSON.
