Members, and the impossibility of 681 obtaining an adequate discussion on the subject, I do not intend to proceed with the Resolution which stands in my name for Friday next in favour of closing public-houses on Sunday. At the same time, I beg to give Notice that if I have the honour of a seat in the new Parliament, I will, on the earliest opportunity, by Bill or by Motion, bring the subject forward.
