§ MR. J. LOWTHERSir, as Notice has been given some days since of a Question upon this subject by the hon. Member for Dungarvan, previous to the Notice given by the hon. Gentleman (Sir Thomas M'Clure), which only appeared upon the Paper this morning, I think it would be better if he would be so good as to postpone his Question till to-morrow.
