§ The Serjeant at Arms reported to the House that, in pursuance of the Order of the House, and in obedience to Mr. Speaker's Warrant, he had taken Charles Edmund Grissell into custody.
MR. ASSHETON CROSSMr. Speaker, in the absence of the Chancellor of the Exchequer, I move that Charles Edmund Grissell do stand committed to the custody of the Serjeant at Arms; and that you, Sir, do issue your Warrant accordingly; and that the Serjeant at Arms do bring him in custody to the Bar of the House to-morrow at 12 o'clock.
