§ LORD GEORGE HAMILTONThere have been thousands of School Board elections held under the provisions of the Act of 1870, and in no case has the attention of the Education Department been directed to the inconvenience complained of by my hon. Friend. Until, therefore, we have some practical proof before us of the reality of this complaint we should not be disposed to alter the existing regulations.
