§ SIR CHARLES W. DILKEHer Majesty's Government, in common with the other Powers whose mediation is contemplated in the 24th Article of the Treaty of Berlin, have received an invitation from the German Government to take part in a Conference which is to meet at Berlin to-morrow in order to consider the question of the Greek Frontier, and Her Majesty's Government have accepted this invitation. They will be represented by Lord Odo Russell, who will be assisted by Sir Lintorn Simmons. Papers on the subject will be laid before Parliament very shortly.
