MR. GLADSTONEIn answer to the Question of my hon. Friend, I have to state that all the despatches which have been addressed to Sir Bartle Frere have been already laid on the Table of the House. I believe they are not in the hands of Members; but they have passed from the hands of the Government, and I trust they will very shortly be in the possession of Members.
