§ SIR WILLIAM HARCOURT,in reply, said, that he had made inquiries, and he had been informed that Mr. Walpole and Mr. Young would hold Courts at Carlisle, Annan, Dumfries, Kirkcudbright, and other districts, if necessary, in August.
