§ MR. MONKsaid, the Amendments made in the Bill of last year were not embodied in the Bill now submitted. If they were to be re-introduced he would not oppose the Bill.
§ MAJOR NOLANhad no objection to the Bill as it stood, but must oppose it if the Amendments were to be inserted.
