§ THE CHANCELLOR OF THE EXCHEQUERSir, no such Treaty has been signed. I can only repeat the statement which I made the other day in answer to the Question put by the noble Lord (the Marquess of Hartington), that it is impossible for me to make any further Statement on the subject at this moment.
