§ LORD ELCHOasked, When Consul Blunt's long-promised Report would be laid on the Table of the House?
§ MR. BOURKEThe House is well aware that this Report has been prepared for many months, and is quite ready for presentation to Parliament; but that for reasons which it is not necessary I should enter into it has not been presented. Her Majesty's Government have no objection to present it; and I hope I shall be able after the holidays to tell my noble Friend that the Government have come to a decision on the subject.
