§ MR. E. JENKINSprotested against the Bill being set down at that time. The hon. Member for Swansea (Mr. Dillwyn) had likewise intended to oppose its being set down for such a time; but he was not then present. He should take the sense of the House upon the question of so interfering with the convenience of hon. Members as to set this Bill down for a Morning Sitting.
