§ SIR CHARLES W. DILKEsaid, that he was surprised that the Motion should be brought on. No one had been consulted with regard to this matter; and it was without parallel, in so far as he knew, for a Committee to be nominated consisting of three Members from one side and only one from the other. Under these circumstances, he moved the adjournment of the House.
