It is, Whether there is any truth in the statement which appears this morning of the failure of the negotiations carried on between the Powers with a view to a Conference of Ambassadors at Constantinople, to settle the Greek Frontier question; and, if so, whether the failure is consequent on the refusal of the English Government to entertain that proposal?
