§ THE CHANCELLOR OF THE EXCHEQUERNo, Sir. The expenses of Her Majesty's journey will be borne by Her Majesty out of the Civil List, and the expenses of the Duke of Connaught will be paid out of the income of His Royal Highness which has been provided for him.
