§ LORD EUSTACE CECILThis information has already been proposed to be moved for by the hon. and learned Member for Limerick (Mr. O'Shaughnessy); but I am sorry to say that I am not now in a position to give the information, as we have not yet received the official Returns. The information which has already appeared in the Cape papers is, no doubt, in the possession of the hon. Gentleman. As soon as the official Papers from the Cape arrive they will be communicated to the House. If the hon. Gentleman will repeat his Question, perhaps the Secretary of State for War will be prepared to answer it.
