§ MR. E. STANHOPESir, the particular Report referred to by the hon. and gallant Member cannot be found in the India Office Records. As regards the other Papers, they are contained in many large folio volumes, which include also other Papers of a confidential character; and I am afraid, therefore, that they could not be placed in the Library of the House for perusal.
