RATHBONEasked the President of the Local Government Board, Whether there is any sufficient reason why the Report of the Inspector under the Alkali Acts, of his proceedings during the years 1875 and 1876, dated February 1877, should only be published in February, 1879; and, whether he will direct that the Report for 1877 and 1878 should be immediately published?
§ MR. SCLATER-BOOTH, in reply, said, that the Report for the year 1878 519 of the Inspector under the Acts in question would be published as soon as possible.
