HC Deb 23 June 1879 vol 247 c418
LORD FRANCIS CONYNGHAM

asked the Chief Secretary for Ireland, If he would mention the date of the request to the Board of Works in Ireland for a Report on the subject of the difficulties which had arisen with regard to loans to Clare fishermen; and, when such Report will be ready, and whether he will lay it upon the Table of the House at the earliest possible moment?

MR. J. LOWTHER

Sir, I understand from the Board of Works that they have not received any request for a Report upon this subject, and I fancy there must be some mistake.
