§ THE CHANCELLOR OF THE EXCHEQUERSir, I have given Notice that on Thursday I propose, as the First Order of the Day, to move a Vote of 1524 Credit with reference to this War, and I shall then take an opportunity of making such a statement as I am enabled to make with regard to it.
