§ LORD GEORGE HAMILTON, in reply, said, that he was not aware that there was any Report of the kind referred to by the hon. Gentleman, or that there was any Committee of the London School Board specially appointed to report on the Educational Charities of London; but there was a Standing Committee, which reported on the schemes of the Endowed Schools' Commissioners, and its Report s were accessible to every ratepayer of the Metropolis, so that there was no necessity to lay them on the Table.
