Resolved, That it is expedient to authorise the payment, out of moneys to be provided by Par liament, of rates for Billeting and other Expenses of Troops on the March, in pursuance of the provisions of any Act of the present Session for bringing into force "The Army Discipline and Regulation Act, 1879."
