§ THE CHANCELLOR OF THE EXCHEQUERSir, this is a Bill that has received a good deal of consideration, and I am now only waiting for an opportunity of introducing it. I have hitherto rather delayed its introduction, with the view of avoiding any confusion between that Bill and the Banking and Joint Stock Companies Bill.
