asked the President of the Local Government Board, If he has any objection to lay upon the Table Copy of Correspondence between his Department and the Poor Law authorities and Catholic clergymen in Walsall as to recent complaints of neglect or hindrance of spiritual ministrations to sick and dying paupers in Walsall Workhouse?
